A cluster of orange marbles in a floral pattern.
Going back to an earlier time for today's color submission. Handed down to us this product continues to be useful not only for a color themed post.
Squeezed between two chocolate layers this green makes for a minty treat.
An interesting texture in blue.
Indigo is not an easy color to find. Finally today I came across some so it became my color share for today.
Her Name Is Violet
The tea I drink comes with a figurine in every box. I found this one and thought it would be a good match for the color of day, Violet.
Splashes of Yellow
Splashes of yellow in this free field. The daffodils added a nice brightness to the field.
My son's first toys that he loved and played with almost exclusively were Matchbox cars. He has so many of them I could find the rainbow colors for this color week in May.
After a long cold winter our tree is finally blossoming its flowers.
After The Rain
After a very strong rainstorm small bits of it linger.
Make A Wish
Just a little something that caught my eye on a recent walk.
This board drifting down the canal caught my attention on an afternoon walk.
A blizzard outside closing outside. I had the task of shoveling out our driveway. Here's my souvenir from todays event.
Half way into april and we still have snow falling in the area. Hopefully very soon the only snow we'll see is visiting the zoo where this Snow Goose lives.
Finally the warmth of Spring has arrived. Took the kids to the zoo today. Tried to get this boa to smile at me, but He's a serious dude. I was glad to be on the other side of the glass.

April showers bring May flowers..but for this color challenge week I did not come across a red one. So for this Day 1 of the May Color Week I choose a tastier red.

A Disney Fourth
One of the best celebrations for the fourth of July our family has seen was at Disney World this year. The fire works display is spectacular and worth seeing at least once if you can.
Because we all have those days where we'd like to find a nice quiet, place to take a nap in the middle of the day.
Burst of Beauty
Nature showing beauty can exist anywhere. This beautiful bright yellow flower belongs to an otherwise spiny rough cactus.
Going Out for a Bite
This young bunny came out to get some food protected by their mom. Cute little bunny...Protective mom!
No need to worry these two have everything covered.
Super Stealth Mode
The closer I got to this baby bunny the less it wanted to be seen. Here it is trying to blend in with the blades of grass. Actually I was far enough a way and just got him settling down in the comfy grass.
Thought it would be interesting to take a shot from the perspective of a flower looking up to the sky.
The well lit resort where we spent an enjoyable vacation recently. Taken from a bridge across the pond.

Reflective Rain Drops
Rain drops are always interesting to shoot. In this case they capture the reflection of the branches around them.
